  1. I have a concern about my order. What’s the easiest way to contact you?

2. How long does order processing take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
    Actual delivery times may vary by carrier and destination.

4. Where is my shipping confirmation?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled, typically within 1–2 business days of placing the order.

5. Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours after fulfillment to begin showing movement. During carrier delays or peak seasons, it can take a bit longer.

6. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are not included and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

7. What if I want to cancel or change my order (including address changes)?
We can accommodate cancellations or changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be processing or shipped. Email SivelliaUSA@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition/packaging. To start a return, email SivelliaUSA@gmail.com with your order number. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
